Dam Mbah Irun

Dam Mbah Irun is located in District Bagor, Nganjuk Regency, East Java Province. + 1 km from SMP Negeri 3 Bagor. It could be less than 1 km if we look at it from my house.
Although it's not big enough but it's good for fishing. It was a forest firstly and there is a hut where an old man named Mbah Irun lived. He lived alone, and had no friends to talk.
And after several years of living alone, he died, No one knows how and why, even until these days, it still mysterious.

From the day of his death his hut collapsed and became a river. Our village's leader tried to build and renovated the river. He was helped by other villagers. They made it large and collected the water into one place named Dam Mbah Irun, where people go there for fishing.

Yesterday there was news that people died in the Dam. The rumors said that it was because the person was sick and he was forcing himself to participate in fishing with his friends. Other rumors said that he wanted to get into the water by the time his friends tried to find breakfast. It was too late for his friends to try to help him because he was already drawn into the water. People said he came from District Sawahan and went to Dam Mbah Irun for fishing with two others. Today, the number of fishing man on that place became less day after day.
